Part-time Events Fundraising Co-ordinator

Main Purpose Of The Role

The role of the Events Fundraising Co-ordinator is to develop and deliver a range of new and sustainable fund-raising events and activities that will generate income through attendance, sponsorship and commercial partnership.

Main Activities / Tasks

 

  • Plan and attend the current community and events fundraising activities
  • Research, propose and implement new fund-raising activities to include but not exclusive to; groups, third parties and schools
  • Adhere to agreed budgetary controls and GDPR
  • Work with third parties to ensure they feel valued, engaged and continue to support  Stokenchurch Dog Rescue CIO as their charity of choice
  • Represent the work of Stokenchurch Dog Rescue CIO and build on its good reputation
  • Propose new ideas to improve quality and engagement.
  • Plan multiple events at once
  • Develop and grow an ongoing portfolio of virtual events
  • Deliver an outstanding consistent supporter engagement journey experience across community and events fundraising
  • Recruit, support and manage volunteers to support the Community & Events programme
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other members of staff to maximise fundraising opportunities and ‘cross sell’ community & events fundraising
