Administration Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant.  

We are looking for a highly organised individual, who can deliver exceptional customer service and has both an excellent telephone manner and good all round IT skills. The successful applicant will need to have great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. 

The role is 10 hours per week (spread across 2 or 3 days), and may include occasional work at weekends and Bank Holidays.

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a logical clear approach to workload
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Understanding and strict adherence to matters of confidentiality

 

Skills and Abilities

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a logical clear approach to workload
  • Demonstrably excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to articulate in one to one contact and group meetings
  • Polished IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Good numeracy skills and the ability to understand and analyse data

 The Administration Assistant will work closely with the Head of Administration, however will also have their own responsibilities.
