If you are interested in adopting Brian, you will need to register your interest by filling in and returning one of our pre-adoption questionnaires.
If you live in rented accommodation, in addition to the completed pre-adoption questionnaire please include written permission from your landlord or housing authority, confirming that they are happy for you to keep a dog in the property. If you already have a dog/s the permission must state the number of dogs allowed – without this we cannot include the application.
Completed application forms and landlord permissions if applicable must be emailed to nicola@stokenchurchdogrescue.org.uk with ‘Brian Application’ in the subject bar or hand your completed form into reception.
Emails sent to other addresses will not be considered.
Applications close on Wednesday 16th April at midday. The successful applicant will be contacted by 16:30 the same day. You must be available to meet Brian for the first time on Sunday 20th April at 10:00
Most of you who follow our page know Baby Brian and his story by now, for those who do not he is Hopes miracle pup.
Hope was a stray, handed into us by a member of the public. Upon arrival she was in in early stages of labour. Later that evening she was rushed to the vets for an emergency C section, four puppies were born, however, despite the best efforts from the vets three out of the four pups unfortunately did not survive.
Miracle pup, now known as Brian, has been a little fighter from the beginning and after 8 weeks in Hopes and the SDR teams care, he is ready to gain his wings and fly the nest.
Brian has been a joy to watch grow up these past few weeks and his personality is flourishing through each day. Despite not having any siblings to play with he hasn’t let this dampen his playful spirit; he is quite happy to entertain himself when mum isn’t in the mood to play. Whether this be by playing with his toys, climbing his foam stairs or even showing us his typical cheeky chappy nature. We know Brian is going to bring a family many years of joy, and we cannot wait to see him grow in a home, find out what he is up to and hear what his personality will be, for the team at SDR it will definitely be a bittersweet moment the day he officially leaves our care.
THE ADOPTION FEE FOR BRIAN IS £300.00
**BRIAN WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING UNTIL HE MEETS HIS POTENTIAL ADOPTER**
