If you are interested in adopting Olive, you will need to register your interest by filling in and returning one of our pre-adoption questionnaires.

If you live in rented accommodation, in addition to the completed pre-adoption questionnaire please include written permission from your landlord or housing authority, confirming that they are happy for you to keep a dog in the property. If you already have a dog/s the permission must state the number of dogs allowed – without this we cannot include the application.

Completed application forms and landlord permissions if applicable must be emailed to nicola@stokenchurchdogrescue.org.uk with ‘Olive' in the subject bar or hand your completed form into reception.

Applications will close Wednesday 26th August at 4pm.  Applications received after this time will not be considered.  The successful applicant will be contacted within 24 hours after the closing date.

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT OLIVE?

• Olive has the kindest nature and has a big personality for such a small dog

• She enjoys playing with her toys 

• Enjoys her walks and walks nicely on the lead
  
  
• Could live with 1st time owners
  
  
• Olive could also potentially live with another dog
  
  
• Can be left for 4-6 hours

WHAT OLIVE NEEDS…

• Owners who are prepared to continue her life-long eye medication

• Regular grooming tokeep her coat in good condition
  
  
• Someone who will take her with them on adventures - she might be little but she's active!
  
  
• She would enjoy having a good sized garden to play in 
  
  

The adoption fee for Olive is £250.00
