Meet Penny a sweet little lady who loves a cuddle and the company of people. The only thing Penny enjoys more than company is going out for a walk.  Penny has an off/on swich,  when it’s time to relax and time for playing. Penny has a high prey drive and she does get very vocal as soon as she comes outside. She has vast quantaties of energy when outside, but once back home will no doubt settle in her bed for a nap.

Type of Home: Penny is looking for experienced owners who have had terriers or other high prey drive breeds before, who know what the quirks are when caring for a terrier type.  Penny’s new family will need to keep her both mentaly and physically stimulated.

Walking & Exercise: When out and about Penny is rather vocal, this can slightly highten if there is too much stimulation for her to cope with (lots of people/dogs around).  She can come across as aggressive towards other dogs and with this in mind, she is muzzled when out (Penny is used to wearing a muzzle).  Penny can be a little stubborn when walking, if she does not want to turn around she will do her best to escape her harness.  If this is the case simply picking her up and walking a few yards will change her mind.  As mentioned Penny will also need lots of playtime mentaly and physically to keep her fit and healthy.

Meeting New People & Food: When introducing Penny to new people, she is gentle and well mannered, taking treats politely.  Larger treats such as a rabbits ears she will take to her bed and consume in her own good time.  Penny eats well and does not bolt down her food.

Penny requires two visits from all members of the household.

The adoption fee for Penny is £250.00
