Pippa arrived in our care with her four puppies (George, Andy, Pepsi & Shirley) when the owner could no longer care for all 5 of them. They have all flown the nest and headed off to their new homes, now it's time for Pippa to find the loving home she deserves.  Pippa can be nervous of men, so would need slow introductions to them, but has proven to be great around women.  

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT PIPPA?

• She may look like a Dachshund but this little lady has the energy and heart of a young spaniel, she is always on the go and doesn’t stop moving

• Enjoys playing with her tennis balls

• She can be shy of new people initially, but with the help of food she is soon won over and will show you her affectionate side.

WHAT PIPPA NEEDS…

• Has been used to someone around most of the time and can struggle when being left, will need owners around a lot to begin with to help work on this.

• Owners to be prepared to work on all basic training, this is likely to include toilet training.

• Will need loose lead training, currently a trip hazard and someone unsteady on their feet will likely struggle to walk her.

• Help her build confidence in new environments.

• An active home, she is not a lap dog.

The adoption fee for Pippa is £250.00
