If you are interested in adopting Mike Wazowski, you will need to register your interest by filling in and returning one of our pre-adoption questionnaires.

If you live in rented accommodation, in addition to the completed pre-adoption questionnaire please include written permission from your landlord or housing authority, confirming that they are happy for you to keep a dog in the property. If you already have a dog/s the permission must state the number of dogs allowed – without this we cannot include the application.

Completed application forms and landlord permissions if applicable must be emailed to nicola@stokenchurchdogrescue.org.uk with ‘Mike Wazowski' in the subject bar or hand your completed form into reception.

Applications will close Monday 14th September at 4pm.  Applications received after this time will not be considered.  The successful applicant will be contacted within 24 hours after the closing date.

WHAT’S GREAT ABOUT MIKE WAZOWSKI? 

• Can live with confident children aged 14 years and over

• He’s young and eager to learn

• Travel well in the car, settling nicely in his crate

• Loves meeting new people and is socialble and affectionate

• Confident in new environments

WHAT MIKE WAZOWSKI NEEDS…

• Owners who are experienced with dogs and will help guide Mike through his puppy and adolescent stages

• Minimal leaving hours due to age

• Will require all basic training and owners who can work on over-arousal and frustration

• He has shown some food guarding, so will need confident owners who can continue to work on this with him

The adoption fee for Mike Wazowski is £300.00
