Nealy was born on site along with 9 brothers and sisters on the 21st January 2013. Sadly when Nealy was just 8 months old she was returned to us due to her behaviour around new people.
Nealy is the most loving and affectionate girl once she knows and trusts you. But there are many things in life that worry her; these can be simple things like new toys, objects in random places, new people and dogs.
Nealy has a wonderful bond with the staff here and loves nothing more than having cuddles and pretending she’s a lap dog, trying with all her might to sneak in kisses. When you approach her kennel, she will run off to find a toy to greet you with and her whole body will be wiggling from side to side with love and excitement to greet her carers.
Nealy unfortunately ended up rupturing both cruciate ligaments (not at the same time, thankfully - one in 2016 and the other in 2019) she's had surgery to repair them and although it was a long road to get her fully recovered after each surgery, there is nothing she likes more now than being off lead in the meadows playing with a boomer ball.
