We have been inundated with offers from people to foster dogs since the COVID-19 outbreak, for which we thank you.
However, we do not put our dogs on foster unless absolutely necessary as this can be unsettling for them, especially if it is for a short period of time. The dogs that do go out on foster are dogs that need end of life care, pregnant bitches, dogs with behavioural issues or those recovering from major operations. Hence our fosterers have received prior training to ensure the specific needs of each dog is catered for.
Also due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are trying to practise social distancing as much as possible. This is why we have made major changes to our operating procedures during this unprecedented time.
If you are interested in becoming a registered Foster Carer, please contact us once we are back to operating normally.
We would like to thank everyone for their support at this ever developing and worrying time.
